They Don’t Come Alone

Recently I was invited to be a return guest on a local TBN Network program called “Joy in Our Town” hosted by Oralena Valero, to comment on the importance of proteins and carbohydrates. It is my greatest desire to deliver information that will make all the difference in your personal pursuit of reclaiming your health and preventing disease in a simple and concise way. Programs like “Joy in Our Town” challenge me in the most terrific way to do just that. I am still working on it. Have you ever heard someone say, “He/she writes like they talk?” Hmm. For example, if you want to change a behavior but keep doing what you have always done, that is a misalignment. Click here for the full article.

I feel a Column Coming On

It was another superb nine o’clock in the morning in Charleston, SC, where we had come for a brief respite before the start of my travel season. We were seated in one of the finest of the many fine breakfast bistros in town, in one of the finest of the many fine hotels in town, and I was about to jump out of my skin.
